Topic: Bunny Won't Connect At All

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone tried to connect the Bunny with a BT-Homehub 2 router? I can get to the setup page on the bunny, and choose the correct wireless network, and enter my passkey, (10 digit WEP key).

My router is picking up the bunny as an unknown device, but all 4 lights on it stay orange and don't turn green. I've even tried to connect the bunny to the router without any security but it made no difference, all 4 lights stay orange

I'm getting fed up with the nabaztag site help, its all for windows xp and no help for vista, as the network menu system is completely different. Help ASAP is much appreciated as i'm starting to loose my temper with this sad

Many thanks guys

Did you try the tutorial on here?  http://www.nabaztalk.com/topic/377/tutorial-new-rabbit/

Tried the tutorial but it didn't work, it detects the network when i get to the setup page and i enter the correct information, but then all lights stay orange suggestiong it can't find the network. I've taken it back now anyway i believe it was a faulty unit as it didn't even make a sound when i turned it on!

Are you on Windows XP or Vista?

Are you on a BT Homehub?

Checked your Firewall isn't blocking the connection?

How far do you get with the setup? - http://help.violet.net/fiche.php?fiche=61 - what are the lights doing refering to the "Here is what he's telling you with his lights:" section?

He's not got a blinking orange and green nose?

Over the last week I have found my bunny hasn't been able to access the violet/nabaztag servers. Perhaps you were trying when these outages were occuring?
