I have a /tag bunny that i bought for my sister several years ago.
However it hasn't been used for a while and I have adopted him to give him a new home, and hopefully a new lease of life...
As a result of his hibernation he is without any settings, name, details etc, so i have no idea how to get him working again.
I want to reset him, or find out his current name, settings etc. so that he can become part of my life.
Can anyone help please?

To transfer ownership, I believe you need to contact Violet support. However, you should be able to get him connected to your wireless network holding down the head button while plugging him in. The mac address is on the underside of the bunny.
