Topic: Thea lost her voice?

Hi!

Thea, my rabbit, lost her voice today sad
Everything was working fine, when I sent messages it was read correctly etc.
But suddenly, there is no voice anymore. The nose is red blinking when sending a message, and I'm receiving a mail saying 'the message has been played', but as I said: no sound.

When I want to 'ask' something, for instance 'weather' or 'air', the bleeping sounds are ok, but nothing happens, just a bit of red-blinking nose...

What should I do? I'm quite a newbie - could this be a violet-server issue?

I hope it's not a hardware problem. Voice was working fine for me this morning (eastern U.S. time zone).  Is it still out?  Have you tried unplugging your rabbit, then plugging it back in, to reset everything?  If not, that's the first thing I'd try.

Thanks ViennaMike! Indeed, I unplugged it several times, with succes! I discovered things are going much better after changing the wireless channel. let's hope this fixed the problem.
Sending mails directly to my rabbit isn't going well though. No problems if I do it via the violet.net site.
