I have written to Customer Support about 6 time requesting that me second hand Rabbit be reset and added to my account. I haven't heard a thing from them.
Has anyone else tried this? Will they reset my rabbit?

I need to add a 'me too' here - though only 1 email so far 
anyone got a 'real persons' email address so I can kick start the process please !
Same here, one month waiting for a simple answer from the company.
The rabbit is unusable for me. Shame on them.
