I've had my rabbit for a few months.. It worked fine at first.
I am from Western Australia.

The first problem was when trying to send messages to other rabbits, the messages wouldn't go through and said 'alas there is a problem with the server'. At this point all my other services like weather etc were still working. Then a few weeks later, the rabbits lights turned to red and even when I reset it doesn't work. Just red lights.
What can I do? Anyone have any ideas? I have emailed the Nabaztag team and they just tell me to reset
