My rabbits ears no longer move when I get a message or when he does tai chi. The other rabbit I have still moves. I am wondering if this is a server problem or is my bunny broken?
Also I have 3 white lights going across his tummy in addition to the weather and email lights.

I think the white lights are Air quality? It's quite unusual for both ears to stop. they have developed faulty ears before, but only usually one at a time.
If you physically move the ears can you feel the motors turning behind them or are they loose. My nabaztag/tag is going back to firebox after his right ear stopped moving. There is clearly a major design flaw here!!
The ears are no good. My husband's nabz feels different when the ears move. I sent my rabbit back today for repairs.
I have a rabbit that has been doing weird things. This time I press the button on the computer and it makes th sound but the ears do not move this started as of 4/22/08 I tried resetting it. What do I do to fix this?
