Simoncox sends out the daily affirmation nabcast. I tried to send a message to say thanks, but the directory doesn't list this rabbit. Just wondering...

Hi - thanks ppalmer! I don't have a Nabaztag myself but I bought one for my girlfriend and started doing the Daily Affirmations for her - never thought anyone else would subscribe to them and there is over 100 signed up now! I will try and and do one for everyday of this year and then will take stock of next year! I do hope people are using them! I was late with todays - I do them in batches and have put a another 5 in.

You have got to be the coolest boyfriend ever (other than my darling one!) I absolutely love the DA. I am away from my bunny this week, and am listening to all of the nabcasts on my laptop. Not so much fun as having Harvie do it.

Oh - for those who have not realised - I am the simoncox that ppalmer was looking for and I apparently am the coolest boyfriend ever, ahem - in two girls minds anyway! (And you can find me on the web if you look smart enough -but don't search for coolest!) Dear reader please subscribe to my humble Nabcast - Affirmation of the day. At the very least its a good indicator that you can receive nabcastst! At worst you could spend the day repeating the affirmation...
My boyfriend and I are yelling "My words are powerful and loving" daily! Keep up the good work

Splendid! Here's a couple of tips. Repeat the affirmation out loud again and again on your way to work. If you are on a train though you might just want to think it else you might get some strange looks!

Simon I listen to your nab Affirmation everyday, it cheers me up. YOU are one of the reasons I continue to keep my bunny plugged in!
I rush down to the lounge every morning at 6.40am to hear the daily assignation

I have recently changed over to Audacity to record the Affirmation of the Day and I think the sound level may be quite a lot quieter than before - apologies for that. I recorded the next batch last night and boosted the sound level on them so that should be fixed from now on.

Hi Simon - How come you are not affected by the latest Nabcast bugs? Have you cued up a few days' worth in advance or have you somehow managed to find a workaround to the "send later" bug?

I did a weeks worth last Thursday so I may have got in just before the bugs started. I will find out whats going on tonight when I do the next batch. I just tested it and there seems to be no problem for me - I am using FireFox and not IE... (that should not really be an issue though).
Please keep us updated with your findings. Since the Friday upgrade, clicking on "Send Later" brings up the calendar but ignores the date and time you choose - sending the nabcast out immediately (be careful with that!)
I usually use Firefox too, but tested on IE and see same behaviour. Good Luck!

On the Messages section, Send tab... right under the place to type a recipient's name, there should be a button that says "Search the Directory"

No problems at all with the uploads tonight, other than one minor niggle as the tab order seems to have changed so I cannot tab between the Broadcast time boxes which means I have to use the mouse and that takes much longer - I could be losing up to 4 seconds every week and getting RSI!
Is the Broadcast Name field new? I don't remember seeing that before this week...
Yes I think the Broadcast Name field is new - but not sure what it does. I have created a new Nabcast (Saturday Night Fever - that's a plug!) and not used this field and it seems OK.
Totally agree about the unnecessary scrolling - there's also some minor screen refresh problems too ("x subscribers" gets duplicated each time you add a new broadcast).
But, mustn't grumble eh? We're back on track with scheduled nabcasts which is the main thing.
