Topic: Subscription Tab Missing

The my plan section used to have 3 sections; my status, my info, and one for  credit card details if you decide to subscribe.

I only got my Tag/Tag at Christmas, so at Feb 14th get nearer I've been thinking about filling out the credit card box - but I can't because it is missing.

Is this just me, and is there another way to subscribe?

It's not there. I wonder if I will go for the full service... i already spent 131 euro for a bunny which is more dead than alive. If the current service is to be considered as the full service I'd say I'll keep my money in my pocket.

I know how you feel.  It would be great if there was an extension to the free full friend period seeing as we haven't had a chance to see and try the benefits of being a full friend.

Does anyone feel that the subscription is worth it or are there hidden costs that we will have to pay on top of the standard subscription?

The biggest danger in paying for a subscription, at this point, is the big unknown whether Violet will be successful in getting all their issues under control. That is, there have been reoccurring issues with keeping _all_ of the paid services available, as well as offering stability and consistency in those services (reliability has been noticeably missing, Nabcasts have repeatedly failed, etc). Not to mention, after about 5 months, parts of the English my.nabaztag.com still requiring you to "guess what the French word means".

They've been able to avoid a full scale riot, so far, by repeatedly pushing out the beginning of requiring paid for full rabbit access. So, perhaps some clarification on their refund policy, should they continue with these issues, might be in order before putting down your hard earned cash.

The subscribtion service is intentually down.  Violet does not want anyone subscribing now because of the problems.

They already billed me once, a couple months ago, before they decided the services were still unstable. Would have been nice to see that refunded.
