So I went and inquired about the problem with the Australian time zone and it turns out that it is a very complex one. Something about the program we use with the alarm clock and sleep options not corresponding exactly with the time zone paramters and getting confused in that particular time zone. The good news is I make quite a stink about it and the problem has been identified. The only thing I'm not sure of is how long it will take for the tech team to fix this anomoly. Unfortunately theres not much you can do besides maybe putting your rabbit on mute when you go to bed friday night for the time being until the problem is regulated. I'll be sure to check on the problem frequently to so iI can let you know when everything is fixed. thanks for your patience, Billy.

I'm wondering though, I've seen a few Nabaztags that claim they're living in Australia, but haven't heard any problems from them. Can't you just delete my account, so I can start from the beginning? Would that fix the problem?

Those other Australian rabbits, I'm guessing , haven't activated the sleep mode or alarm clock so they may not have seen the problem. I'm afraid that even if we did delete your account so you could start over, the same problem would exist. The tech guys over here, are unfortunately working night and day everyday to get the new site ready and have taken this time zone issue into account so hopefully when it is up, the problem will be solved. I'll definitely keep you updated on the progress, Billy.

so i've been running around bugging everyone here about this time zone dilemma, (i can only imagine that this must be super annoying for you) and i think i've got an idea of what's going wrong. as it turns out, the problem lies in the server that we use. there is an error in the initial setup of it's time and date and your location in australia, i believe, is right on the line where the error is most likely to occur. ok, i know it sounds like i'm full of hot air, but that's how i've figured it out from what i was told. ok, so, a solution, right? so with the arrival of tag/tag we are also getting new servers for him AND for the version 1 Nabaztag ! These brand new servers are going to be a solution to many problems that we have encountered and seeing as we used the server's internam clock to set the talking clock and alarms, the problems should cease once we switch to the new ones. this should happen in the next couple weeks, although I'll keep everyone updated as the time draws near. I hope this helps, and I hope that you didn't throw out your old alarm clock just yet, you may just cancel the service for now and then resubscribe when I announce the switch to the new servers!

Definately haven't thrown out my little rabbit, I love it, that's why I've been so keen to find a resolution! I thought it was something to do with the time zones. Great to see you're getting new servers too. Am looking forward to seeing all the new features!
