When I place two RFID tags near his face it doesn't do anything. No sniffing sound, no calls, nothing. Also I noticed that if you keep one tag close to reader it continiously reads tag, but every second or even more of those calls are 0 instead of correct one.

And it seems that reader is about 1cm below Nab's nose. Thats were it reads it better.

I finally received several type ISO 14443 working on 13,56mhz RFID tags from local producer (took two damn weeks smile). It seems that its working perfectly with both my nabs! When I place tag about 1cm away from the nose my nabs make this sniffing sound and then they call rfid.jsp from my server with id of the tag. Now I just have to start working on some applications with these things...

"Lucky" meant "easy access to an RFID label for the bunny" and not "easily controlled by their government/secret agencies". If you are interested in the privacy/politics of RFID passports (and RFID in general), and things like how easy/difficult  is to clone/disable them, a good starting point is Bruche Schneier's Blog

Political aspects aside, if anyone in UK has an RFID passport, then please install opennab and my plugin and post here the test results. Did the light change from white?. If it works, then I may start working further on the subject.

This is for transport passes (many of them in France, for example NAVIGO in Paris).

So I guess French Tag owners you will have easy access to them (if they work; I'd love someone to send me one)

The map on the referred page shows sites where yo could find these cards.

And UK residents are also lucky

UK Passport - In March 2006 the UK launched the country's new biometric pass-
port. This new passport contains a ISO 14443B contactless RFID chip
