I just unwrapped my little bunny and is trying to get the little thing connected.

My setup is a LAN on a LAN with and Airport Express. I get to the "two light green, one flashing orange and an orange nose" step of connecting. Reading the support tells me this means "I got a Wifi connection, I got a DHCP response, but I don't connect to the internet".

The Nabaztag Setup page on my rabbit tells me that my Violet platform is "r.nabaztag.com/vl". In the support you can read there might be DNs problems. But doing a dnslookup of "r.nabaztag.com" resolves to "193.149.120.34" with should be the correct one according to the support pages.

Trying to access "r.nabaztag.com/vl" or "193.149.120.34/vl" via a browser gives you an http 500 error page from the tomcat server that tells you "index.jsp" is referring to "/inc_disco.jsp" that can not be found.

Basically that leaves me with the thought that the nabaztag team has made an programming/testing error on their webpages used to register rabbits.

Is there anyway to check the availability of the service? Where should I report this error?

Yesterday, I managed successfully to set up my new Nabaztag/tag on my Airport Extreme WiFi network at home. Simple apps like the clock and mail notifier work (at least most of the time). I am having serious problems, though, whenever I stream radio from the links on my.nabaztag.com.

When I select a streaming radio station to play, it connects through to my tag/tag approximately 50% of the time. When it does, I notice some of the same "stuttering" problems that it seems others have had as well. But what also happens is that within about 30-90 seconds after streaming begins, all of my computers (and the tag/tag) lose their WiFi connection. It takes a minute or two for the network to come back up, and even though I see my network SSID in the list of available networks, I'm asked for my WPA password (which isn't accepted) and it doesn't connect.

Has anyone else had a problem like this when trying to stream audio through the Nabaztag/tag? Any idea what could be going wrong and where to start trying to fix it? I'm at a total loss...

Thanks,

Peter.
