I haven't heard a thing from them.

Has anyone else tried this? Will they reset my rabbit?

So many things do not work. Let's start with the supposedly easiest service/app. The Talking Clock app, worked the first night I had this thing and has ceased to work reliably--sometimes it tells the time, sometimes it is 10 minutes off but usually it just sits there, quiet as a tomb. It seems that anything having to do with time, just can't be relied upon--the memo app does not work either.
I really want this to work but I am not seeing anything on violet.net or anywhere else that is giving me much hope.

I would very much like to buy a Nabaztag to integrate with my software development source control system. But I can't seem to find any official seller that sells it. The nabaztag.com has a link to www.dynamism.com, but they don't seem to carry the product any more.

Is Nabaztag still an active product? Is it sold online or somewhere else?

set up was a drawn out affair but once done everything seems to work ok
except the email address for it and the nano
everytime i send an email to the address it gets bounced back as unknown
does this feature work or is it one of the "forthcoming features"?

also

with the nano is there anyway to set the order of the apps
ie
i want to make it say something before it plays an mp3 or radio station

Thea, my rabbit, lost her voice today sad
Everything was working fine, when I sent messages it was read correctly etc.
But suddenly, there is no voice anymore. The nose is red blinking when sending a message, and I'm receiving a mail saying 'the message has been played', but as I said: no sound.

When I want to 'ask' something, for instance 'weather' or 'air', the bleeping sounds are ok, but nothing happens, just a bit of red-blinking nose...

What should I do? I'm quite a newbie - could this be a violet-server issue?

i have since moved to a house with wpa encrypted network (sucks for me with the 1st gen)...
and i'm trying to set up my nabaztag so he will run on my neighbor's open source network.
i have booted him to where he has the blue lights, i have nabaztag## set up as a adhoc......and i've got my wireless connected to him..but i cannot access 192.168.0.1 (because i set him up ages ago??)
is there a way to full reset my nabaztag so i can set him up like a new one?
i'm at a lose as what to do..besides use him as a colorful paperweight.

It pauses quite often, when receiving messages, or playing music, the speaker distorts and it pauses...

even when its continuousley showing the "Incoming Message" lights, for a long time, it pauses for a second then resumes flashing for a second, then pauses for a second.

Does anyone else have this problem, is it hardware related? doubt it could be server side, as the lights wouldn't mess up my end if something went belly up their end... it must be hardware.

Sounds like i just need to get a new rabbit, this ones about 5 years old and hardly used, but i think its about had it. lol

I just bought second hand rabbit from my friend.
I tried to make the rabbit connect and finally I got 3 green light with blink green/orange light at his nose.
I also updated firmware and try to change violet platform as well but it still not working.

Any advise? If I cant make it work by tomorrow then i might have to make it refund. But I really want it...please help me

Both also have Windows executables posted for Windows users that haven't installed Python.
